Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
PARK CIRCLE FIRE STATION
Kevin Nigro gave us an update of the progress of the fire station. Elizabeth Contracting continues to anticipate substantial completion in September of this year. We received a copy of the proposed change order #6 for masonry winter conditions for $48,879. Mr. Nigro had just received this information and recommended that he review the proposed changeorder and report to our next meeting of June 19 with a recommendation. Mr. Nigro’s school project in Swampscott is nearing completion and he will be able to spend more time as we close in on the fire station project.

DALLIN SCHOOL CLOSEOUT
There are two invoices that the committee believed were previously approved from DRA-- Invoice #2 dated June 30, 2006 for $3049.50 and invoice #3 dated February 1, 2007 for $1016.50. These will be forwarded to Sue Mazzarella to check that they have not been paid.
