LEGAL NOTICE
The Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in the 2nd floor conference room of the Town Hall Annex (southwest entrance), on Thursday, August 26, 2004, at 7:45pm, in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Ch.131, s.40, as amended) and of the Arlington By-Law for Wetlands Protection (Title V, Article 8), to consider a NOTICE OF INTENT for the construction of a residential dwelling at 9 MILL STREET within the RIVERFRONT AREA of MILL BROOK.
