LEGAL NOTICE
The Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in the 2nd floor conference room of the Town Hall Annex (southwest entrance), on Thursday, October 6, 2005, at 8pm, in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Ch.131, s.40, as amended) and of the Arlington By-Law for Wetlands Protection (Title V, Article 8), to consider an ORDER OF CONDITIONS for the construction of new single family home at 0 SPY POND PARKWAY potentially partially within the BUFFER ZONE, FLOODPLAIN and BANK of SPY POND.
