LEGAL NOTICE
The Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in the 2nd floor conference room of the Town Hall Annex (southwest entrance), on Thursday, June 1, 2006, at 8:15pm, in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Ch.131, s.40, as amended) and of the Arlington By-Law for Wetlands Protection (Title V, Article 8), to consider a REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY for installation of underground fiber optic cable at the ALEWIFE RESERVATION and T ACCESS ROAD within the BUFFERZONE, FLOODPLAIN and RIVERFRONT AREA of ALEWIFE BROOK.
