7:30pm - COMMISSION BUSINESS
John Sanchez, Director of Public Works will meet with the Reservoir Committee on 3/8 at 9am for a site walk at the Arlington Reservoir to discuss the dam rehabilitation project.
Ms. Carr-Jones asked if she could sell the Walking the Open Spaces of Arlington book at the Arlternative Transportation Fair. The Commission agreed to supply some books to her. The supply is running out and the Commission needs to reprint the book with some revisions.
The Commission discussed the article placed on the Town Meeting Warrant by 10 residents regarding extension of the granting of a variance to the Bylaw past the present expiration date. Of June 30. The Commission continues to prefer a provision in the Bylaw giving it broader variance abilities. The Commission could not reach a consensus on whether to support this warrant article, so the Commission agreed to give the Article no recommendation for or against.
Enforcements:
22 Nourse St – White/Hodges motioned to close this enforcement due to this being a properly permitted project; motion passed unanimously.
The Commission convened at approximately 9:159:45pm.
Respectfully submitted,
Cori Beckwith, Administrator
