The Public Works Department has concluded the 2008 Summer Town sweep.
Public Works will continue to sweep the Town's main roads on Thursday nights through out the sweeping seasons. Fall sweeping should start around late October

Above is the status of street cleaning by route number when a seasonal sweep is in progress. Planned routes for each week are subject to weather, staffing, and equipment integrity.
To determine what route number your street is on, please find your street on the following list.
Please note that according to the Town bylaw, Title III, Article 1, Section 33. Prohibition Against Obstructing Public Ways, it is forbidden to throw, or cause to be placed or thrown, on to any public sidewalk, street, fire hydrant, or highway any snow, dirt, leaves, gravel, or foreign substance or material. Violations of this section shall be punishable by a fine of $25.00 per day if the material is not removed. It is OK to sweep sand, that had been used for winter road conditions, from sidewalks
(only) into streets for sweepers to pick up.
