Representatives from the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) made two presentations to the Board of Selectmen recently. These presentations provide a good overview of the MWRA's mission, operations, capital projects and projection of costs. One was presented by Fred Laskey, Executive Director, the other by Joseph Favaloro, Executive Director of the Advisory Board for cities and towns.
