The Town of Arlington, through its contractor, New England Pipe Cleaning Company, will be conducting repairs to the sanitary sewer and drain system. The project is located in the Mystic Bank Area and includes the following streets; Kimball Road, Emerson Road, Columbia Road, Ridge Street, and Crosby Street
The repairs are being made to improve sewer and drain system function and extend the useful life of the Town’s infrastructure. This project includes two (2) different types of repairs. Whenever possible the sewer or storm drain will be left in place and “trenchless” repairs will be performed in order to minimize impacts to the roadway and surrounding areas. In locations where the line is badly damaged the pipe will be excavated and replaced with a new pipe. The repair work is scheduled to begin in March and be complete by July.
