Tom recommended that the Commission have an access monitor file a complaint regarding the walkway with the Architectural Access Board. Barbara C. said that the Commission would follow up on this issue at the February Meeting.

Legislative Update:
Barbara C. said that both Massachusetts Senators are supporting MICASSA legislation however the support from Massachusetts Congressman has been mixed. Barbara said that MICASSA would give people real choice in long term care options by ending institutional bias and giving control of the money to the individual.
