As of August 17, 2012, the following is a list of insurance providers who are participating in the 2012 State Vaccination Reimbursement Program.
If you do not have insurance, there is no fee for the seasonal flu vaccination as the Town will use State-supplied vaccine for uninsured Arlington residents.
If you have a participating insurance provider, there is no fee for the seasonal flu vaccine or the pneumonia vaccine. If your insurance company is not participating in the State Vaccination Reimbursement Program, there is a $15 fee to receive the vaccine from the Town. Residents, who do not have a participating insurance provider, may also elect to receive the vaccination from their primary care physician.
