The former Brigham's Ice Cream headquarters site at 30-50 Mill Street was acquired by WP East for redevelopment of a 116-unit apartment building and a small retail/office building. The Arlington Redevelopment Board held hearings on the proposal throughout 2010, and a decision was issued on December 13, 2010. Shattucks Hardware Store is separate, and will continue to operate in this location. Please continue to patronize Mill Street and area businesses during the demolition and construction.
