RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR FACILITIES 1. This permit is granted, subject to the rules and regulations as outlined under article 9A of the by-laws of the Town of Arlington. 2. The Arlington Recreation office must be notified at least twenty four (24) hours in advance if permit is to be cancelled. 3. The person (s) or organization (s) using this property shall protect property from abuse or injury and agrees to reimburse the Town of Arlington for any damage occurring with/or in consequence of such use. 4. The person (s) or organization(s) attending shall furnish, at their expense such protection as: fire, police or other as the Commission may direct. 5. The consumption of alcoholic beverages on public property is against the law. 6. The Recreation Division of the Human Service Department reserves the right to change schedules or revoke permits without prior notice. 7. NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING AT ANY TIME. 8. Cars are required to park in the school parking lot or in the designated parking area. 9. No food or drink allowed upstairs in the gym.
