The House:
The first and second floors of the house are available for parties, receptions and meetings. There is a formal entrance with a front and back hall. The house has central air-conditioning.
Kitchen:
Four-burner electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. A large open space accommodates for catering tables.
Restrooms:
Two on each floor; first-floor restrooms offer access to the handicapped.
