OPINION OF THE BOARD
The petitioner, Brendan P. Gormley, filed a petition for Special Permit under SECTION 8.07b (PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS) of the Arlington Zoning Bylaw seeking permission to construct a second driveway on land located at 23 Churchill Avenue, Arlington, Massachusetts.
The board convened for the hearing on July 24, 2001 and received written Notice of Withdrawal from the petitioner, dated September 24, 2001.
DECISION OF THE BOARD
The board convened for hearings on October 9, 2001 and, at this time, voted unanimously to allow the petitioner to withdraw the petition for Special Permit without prejudice.
The Board hereby makes a detailed record of all its proceedings relative to this petition; sets forth the reasons for its decision and findings; directs that this record be filed in the office of the Town Clerk and the office of the Redevelopment Board and that such record be a public record; and further directs that notice of this decision be made, forthwith, to each party in interest.
Appeals of this decision, if any, shall be made pursuant to Section 17 of The Zoning Act, (Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A.) and shall be filed within twenty (20) days after the date of filing of such decision in the office of the Town Clerk.
