The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tulimieri at 7:45PM.
The hearing was a continuance for Docket No.3254 for 71 Park St. Atty. Annese spoke for the petitioners and explained that the petitioner,Mr.Mahoney had met with the direct abutters and had altered the original plan.
Voicing concerns and opposition: C Loretti, 56 Adams St, G Dubois 83 Park St.
The board voted unanimously to grant the Special Permit
The Decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA), an instrument executed by the ZBA members present at the hearing and voting on the Decision, constitutes he formal public record. Each Decision is filed with the Office of the Town Clerk. Decisions involving a Special Permit must be so filed within ninety (90) days of the advertised public hearing. Decisions involving a Variance must be so filed within one hundred (100) days of the date the Petitioner files Application with the ZBA. Failure to take action within these time limits, may be deemed to be a grant of the Special Permit or Variance.
These “Minutes” will not be voted upon/approved by the ZBA.
