The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tulimieri at 7:45 P.M.
The first hearing was for Docket No.3266, a request for Special Permit under Sections 6.08(Large Additions in Residential Districts) and 9.02d(Extension and Alteration).
The petition was presented by the petitioners, David and Linnea Berggren. Board members addressed questions to the petitioners regarding building height,landscaping and possible garage renovations as well as pending approval of the Conservation Commission for the project.
The board voted unanimously to grant the petition with the following conditions;
-subject to approval of the plans by the Conservation Commission
-approval of a landscaping plan by the Conservation Commission
-all construction be according to submitted plans.
No one present spoke for or against the petition.
The second hearing was for Docket No.3267,a request for Special Permit under Sections 6.08(Large Additions in Residential Districts) and 9.02d(Extension and Alteration). The petition was presented by the petitioners, David and Lisa Rubin. A revised plan was submitted with changes requested by the Planning Department. The petitioners confirmed that there would be no front yard parking nor would the new addition have a basement.
No one present spoke for or against the petition.
The board voted unanimously to grant the petition with the following conditions:
-there would be no front yard parking
-front elevations would be provided.
The board voted unanimously to grant the petition.
