MINUTES OF HEARING

Chairman Tulimieri called the meeting to order at 7:45PM. The only item on the agenda was a continuation of the September 27, 205 hearing – Docket No.3275. an application of Minuteman Village,LLC, for the approval of a Comprehensive Permit under M>G>L Chapter 40B, Sections 20 through 23 and the regulations promulgated thereunder, 769 CMR 30.00 and 31.00 for the construction of a twenty unit townhouse development on 28.005+/- square foot parcel. The property is located at 40 and 42 Brattle Street, Assessors Block No.56-B-40.
Chairman Tulimieri entered into the public record the following:
An e-mail from Michele Oshima, 25-27 Laurel St.
A letter from Christopher Loretti, 56 Adams St.
Chairman Tulimieri then read a list of concerns and issues compiled by the ZBA members which included testimony received from the public which would need to be addressed by the applicant.

Atty William Proia and John-Eric White, representing the Applicant, provided further review and explanation of the application.
Director of Planning and Community Development, Kevin O’Brien, read and submitted an opinion regarding the project.
The following individuals, in attendance, provided testimony :Patricia Worden,27 Jason St., John Belskis, 196 Wollaston Ave., J. Leary, Summer St Neighborhood Assoc., Elsie Fiore, 58 Mott St., Gary Santini, Minuteman LLC., Chris Loreti, 56 Adams St., W Burke, 2 Old Colony Ln.
A vote was taken to continue the hearing until November 22, 2005 at 7:45P.M.
Please note: the meeting will be reconvened at the Robbins Town Hall, in the Conference Room located on the 2nd floor of the ANNEX at 7:45P.M. on November 22, 2005
