Chairman Tulimieri called the meeting to order at 7:45PM for the continuation of Docket 3275, an application of Minuteman Village,LLC for the approval of a Comprehensive Permit under M>G>L Chapter 40B for 40-42 Brattle Street, Assessors Block No.56-B-40.
Chairman Tulimieri entered into public record the following:
Comments Ron Santosuosso of the Town’s Engineering Division.
A memorandum from Laura Wiener,Director of Housing.
A certified copy from Franklin Hurd of the Arlington Housing Authority of a vote taken in 2001.
Gary Hebert of Fay, Spofford and Thorndike presented results of a Peer Traffic study and submitted a written report. Atty. William Proia and Engineer Samuel Offei-Addo also commented on traffic issues. Atty Proia suggested that the new plan to be submitted prior to the next meeting would provide a balance for all concerns.
Chairman Tulimieri stated that he would like to see a proposed plan for underground facilities.
Patricia Worden addressed the board as well as John Belskis, Elsie Fiore, William Burke,John Worden,Christopher Loreti ,Atty. Thomas Falwell who was asked to provide more information regarding the deeded property. Comments were also made by Atty. E Neta, Charles Oliver,Joan Banks, Mark Weitz, Laura Wiener and Kevin O’Brien.
The next hearing on this matter will be conducted on Tuesday, December 20, 2005 in the Selectmen’s Hearing Room located on the 2nd floor of the main Town Hall building.
