Chairman Tulimieri called the meeting to order at 7:45PM for the continuance of Docket 3275,ann application of Minutemen Village,LLC for approval of a Comprehensive Permit under M>G>L Chapter 40B for 40-42 Brattle St, Assessor’s Block. No.56-B-40.

Review of work session with Atty Wm Proia,Gerald Blake(DRL),Larry Bluestone,Laura Wiener,Curt Morgan,Edie Netta,Jon-Eric White and Gary Santini.
Atty Proia and Jon-Eric White,PE, presented a revised site plan showing the elimination of 2 units as well as ashadow studey of the bike path.
Architect Larry Bluestone,after visiting the site noted the need for more open space.
Those who attended the meeting and commented were John Worden,Jean Leary,Christopher Loretti and William Burke.
The hearing was continued to January 10, 2006 at 7:45PM in the Hall Annex, 2nd Floor.
