Chairman Tulimieri called the meeting to order at 7:45PM for 8 Mystic Bank, an application for Variance from Section 6.00(Table of Dimensional and Density Regulations) of the Zoning Bylaw. The petitioner Andrew Mass was represented by Attorney The board voted unanimously to grant the variance with conditions.Robert Annese and Architect Martha Penzenik. The request was for a garage addition to the dwelling. Photographs of the site were submitted and a discussion ensued regarding the obstruction of the view of the lake.
A neighbor, H. Keenan spoke in favor of the petition.
