This hearing was a continuance of the June 27, 2006 hearing. Attorney Richard Keshian, spoke for the petitioner, Andrea Duarte Lohmann de Araujo. After discussion with the board regarding the size of the entryway, the board voted unanimously togratn the Special Permit with the condition that a proposed bump out be eliminated.
