The hearing was called to order at 7:45PM.
Hearing 1:
Docket No.3310 – 220 Florence Avenue.
The applicants Tim and Camilla Shannon presented the petition for Variance under Section 6.00 of the zoning bylaw. In lieu of the Variance, the board determined that a Special Permit under Section 9.02d of the bylaw would be appropriate. He petition was granted unanimously.
Hearing 2:
Docket No.3311 – Winchester Country Club, 468 Mystic St.
Attorney Adam Braillard represented the Petitioner, Omnipoint Communications Inc. d/ba/ T/Mobile USA, Inc. who were seeking to install and operate a wireless communication facility on the property. The applicant was seeking a variance under Section 5.11. After a presentation of the petition by Attorney Braillard, Loring Cook (representing Winchester Country Club) and Rakesh Goel (representing Tmobile), the board determined that a variance under Section 5.11d would be more appropriate. No one else present spoke for or against the petition. The board voted unanimously to grant the petition with conditions to be included in the decision.
