Hearing I
Docket 3319, 230 Wachusett Ave, Special Permit
Attorney Robert Annese and petitioner Stephen Martin presented the petition.
Chairman Tulimieri required additional information be submitted by the petitioner before the petition could be heard. It was agreed that the hearing be continued to Tuesday evening,August 7, 2007 at 7:45PM. The continued hearing will be held in a DIFFERENT room – the Selectmen’s Hearing Room located on the 2nd floor of the main Town Hall building.
Hearing II
Docket 3320, 28 Peabody Rd, Special Permit/Variance
Attorney John Leone and Architect Martha Penzenick and applicants Colin and Suzanne Blair presented the petition. A display of area houses with similar structures and a petition of approval from abutters was submitted. Residents D Terry, B Wordsworth and I Grossman spoke in favor of the petition as well. No one spoke in opposition. The board voted unanimously to grant a Special Permit.
Hearing III
Docket 3322, 50 Washington St,Special Permit
Attorney Jennifer Hruska presented the petition for a large addition and a petition of support signed by abutters was entered into the record. No one spoke for or against the petition and the board voted unanimously to grant the Special Permit.
Hearing IV
Docket 3321, 87 Pleasant St. Special Permit
Attorney Robert Annese presented the petition for change of use from Bed & Breakfast to Mental Health Transitional Residence. Also present was the applicant Ross Ellenhorn, Diedre Calvert and Dr. M Prakash.
The applicants gave additional information regarding the petition. Many abutters were present and voiced a number of concerns regarding the petition. The board voted unanimously to grant the Special Permit with conditions. A copy of the decision will be on file at the Town Clerk’s office and at the Building Dept located at 51 Grove St.
