Please Note: As a result of the actions voted by the 2009 Arlington Annual Town Meeting, six articles were passed which propose changes to the Arlington Zoning Bylaw. These changes have not yet been approved by the State Attorney General, but have been passed by the Arlington Annual Town Meeting in 2009. You can review the articles here.
Adopted Oct. 8, 1975, with amendments through the Town Meeting of May 2008.
After May 1976, amendments to individual sections are noted above or after the sections with specific Town Meeting references (for example, ART. 72, ATM 3/85 means Article 72, March 1985 Annual Town Meeting).
The online version includes changes approved during the spring 2008 Town Meeting, except as noted.
