The Arlington Center for the Arts transforms lives through the arts by offering more than 250 programs annually in the visual, literary, and performing arts, many of which are free to the community. Programs include classes and workshops for adults and children, exhibits, theater and music performances, lectures, arts festivals, and many more programs designed to make art accessible to all.

Established in 1991, this nonprofit organization is dedicated to creating positive theatrical experiences for children aged 4 through 18. ACT is an all-volunteer organization, made up of families who wish to have fun and work hard to bring theater to life.

The Arlington Cultural Council (ACC) is a local council of the Massachusetts Cultural Council (MCC), and consists of volunteers appointed by the Arlington Board of Selectmen for three-year terms. Its main function is to support and encourage the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences by dispersing funds to deserving applicants.

NEGASS is an organization dedicated to fostering the appreciation of the works of Sir William Gilbert and Sir Arthur Sullivan. In the terminology of the G&S world, we are an appreciation society as opposed to a performing group.

The Philharmonic Society of Arlington, Inc., established in 1933, consists of three performing groups, The Arlington Philharmonic Orchestra, The Arlington-Belmont Chorale, and The Arlington-Belmont Chamber Chorus all under one banner.

Founded in 1986, the Rising Star Quilters Guild, Inc. promotes a wide range of quilt-related activities. In addition to the annual quilt show each fall, the Guild sponsors presentations by well-known quilt artists and authors at monthly meetings, workshops, and quilt-related excursions.
