The purpose of the list is to offer a convenience to members to post Town Meeting information (substitute motions, presentations, etc.) in advance to voting to be better prepared. The documents posted are not the official public documents. This is a non-discussion list. No debate or other business what so ever is condoned. Although posting to this list is restricted to members, the public is welcome to browse archives at any time.
