Per Board Rules and Regulations, public comments will be accepted during the public comment periods designated on the agenda. Written comments may be provided by email to cricker@town.arlington.ma.us by Monday, September 11, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. The Board requests that correspondence that includes visual information should be provided by Friday, September 8, 2023 at 12:00 p.m.

In accordance with the provisions of the Town of Arlington, Massachusetts Zoning Bylaw and Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A, a public hearing will be held by the Arlington Redevelopment Board (ARB) on September 11th and October 2nd. On September 11th the ARB will hear public comments on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Bylaw, MBTA Communities Overlay District. The hearing will be held at Arlington Town Hall, 7:30 p.m. After receiving public comments, the ARB will deliberate and make recommendations on the proposed amendment on Monday October 2, 2023, for Annual Town Meeting, which will begin on Tuesday October 17, 2023.

The MBTA Communities Working Group will be present at the Redevelopment Board's meeting.
