Town Extends Minimal Staffing Plan to June 15
Offices available only by phone, online.
Town hall administrative offices and libraries remain closed and continue to run under the Town's Minimal Staffing Plan at least until June 15th. Town officials will be working to put in protocols and procedures for both staff and the public and continue to evaluate on when to safely reopen our physical locations. Many departments and services continue to be available via phone, email, and online. Although we are checking voicemail remotely, we encourage you, whenever possible, to transact online.
We thank residents in advance for their patience and for their continued compliance state of emergency orders and guidelines as we all work together to do our part to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Public Works / Recycling and Trash and Yard Waste Information
There is no interruption of trash or recycling services. Public Works has suspended the sale of compost bins and recycling drop-off at DPW Yard until further notice. Please do not drop-off any electronics, ink and toner (these can go to Staples), batteries, or propane tanks. Future updates and contact information may be found at arlingtonma.gov/recycle.
Vital Records/Town Clerk
For vital records death/marriage certificates.
Residents encouraged to use online reporting, email for records requests.

Health and Human Services
APS lunches to go at the Thompson, Arlington EATS, Food Link, and Meals on Wheels continue to provide services.
Residents are encourage to pay bills online.
Existing benefits and services will not be interrupted. All questions related to local, state, or federal benefits will be initially addressed on the phone. Visit arlingtonma.gov/veterans.
Arlington Youth Counseling Center (AYCC)
While normal face-to-face visits with clients are suspended. AYCC will continue to offer their regular counseling and mental health sessions to current clients and client families via phone calls and telemedicine services.
Arlington Public Schools
School operational changes may be found on the district website.
Board and Committee Meetings
In accordance with the Governor's Executive Order, the Town will begin scheduling public meetings to be held entirely remotely. All posted agendas will include a copy of the Governor's Executive Order, a request for residents to email board or committee staff with comments, a statement that all meeting materials will be made available on the Town website and instructions for remotely accessing the meeting.
