Notice is herewith given that an application has been filed on August 27, 2025, by Yevgeny Bernshtein, IG Investments LLC, 226 Harvard Street, Brookline, MA 02446, to open Special Permit Docket #3869 in accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A § 11, and the Town of Arlington Zoning Bylaw Sections 3.3, Special Permits, and 3.4, Environmental Design Review.
