The applicant proposes to demolish a garage/storage structure and build an addition to the existing masonry building within existing, non-conforming front, side, and rear setbacks, at the property located at 26 Dudley St, Arlington, MA, in the I Industrial District.

At the request of the applicant, it will be further continued to Monday, April 6, 2026.
