Notice is herewith given that an application has been filed on November 18, 2025, by Mark Santini and Gary Santini, Santini Realty Trust, Inc, 60 Dudley St, Arlington, MA 02476, to open Special Permit Docket #3879 in accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A § 11, and the Town of Arlington Zoning Bylaw Sections 3.3, Special Permits, and 3.4, Environmental Design Review. The applicant proposes to demolish a garage/storage structure and build an addition to the existing masonry building within existing, non-conforming front, side, and rear setbacks, at the property located at 26 Dudley St, Arlington, MA, in the I Industrial District.

A Public Hearing was opened on December 15, 2025, and continued to February 9, 2026, to April 6, 2026, and to Monday, June 1, 2026, at 7:00 pm, Arlington Community Center, Main Hall, 27 Maple Street, Arlington, Massachusetts. At the request of the applicant, it will be further continued to Monday, April 6, 2026.
