On March 2, 2026, the Board voted to approve Docket #3881. The decision was filed with the Town Clerk on March 26, 2026, and the 20-day appeals period will end on April 15, 2026.

This decision concerns Site Plan Review, Docket #3881, for Stefanos and Mike Bouboulis, 259 Broadway Realty Trust, 131 Johnson Rd, Winchester, MA 01890, to demolish an existing four-unit residential building and construct a mixed-use building, containing fourteen (14) residential units and two (2) commercial units, on the property located at 259 Broadway, Arlington, MA, in the R2 Residential District and Mass Ave/Broadway Multi-Family Housing Overlay District. The Arlington Redevelopment Board (ARB) reviewed and approved the Site Plan Review in accordance with the provisions of the Town of Arlington Zoning Bylaw Section 5.8.3, Site Plan Review.

A Public Hearing was opened on January 12, 2026, and continued to February 23, 2026. Because the February 23 meeting was cancelled due to weather, the hearing was continued to March 2, 2026.

Plans may be viewed at the Department of Planning and Community Development on the first floor of the Town Hall Annex, 730 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, MA during office hours, Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm; Thursday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm; and Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, or viewed below.
