Notice is herewith given that an application has been filed on January 29, 2026, by Stephen Maimone and Thomas McDonagh, 126 Broadway LLC, 77 Oak St, Suite B3, Newton, MA 02464, to open Docket #3891 in accordance with the provisions of the Town of Arlington Zoning Bylaw Sections 5.9.3, Site Plan Review. The applicant proposes to demolish two existing two-family dwellings and construct a mixed-use building with one (1) commercial unit and 28 residential units on the properties located at 126 and 128 Broadway, Arlington, MA, in the R2 Residential District and Massachusetts Avenue/Broadway Multi-Family Housing Overlay District.
A Public Hearing was scheduled for February 23, 2026. Because the February 23 meeting was cancelled due to weather, the hearing was opened on March 2, 2026, and was continued to April 6, 2026, Arlington Community Center, Main Hall, 27 Maple Street, Arlington, MA.
