About Town Meeting Member Email List

This is a non-discussion list. The purpose of the list is to disseminate materials to Town Meeting Members about Town Meeting Warrant Articles only (substitute motions, presentations, etc.) in advance of debate and voting so all members can be well prepared.  Although materials submitted to this list are restricted to members and Town Officials, the public is welcome to subscribe and receive these materials.

1. Hearing on Hybrid Town Meeting Resolution

The Town Meeting Procedures Committee will hold a hearing for Article 89 Resolution / Hybrid Town Meeting on Thursday, March 12 at 8 PM. See the Town Calendar for details.

2. Calling All Musical Town Meeting Members!

Do you play a musical instrument? Are you in a band?  Do you yearn for the spotlight but haven't been asked to showcase your talent? Now is your moment. Uncle Sam wants you to open one of 2026's upcoming Town Meeting sessions with your rendition of "The Star Spangled Banner."

Solo musicians, duos and groups welcome. 

Send your name and your musical specialty to carolband2008@gmail.com and we'll work with you to schedule your Town Meeting Star Spangled debut.
