Notice is herewith given that an application has been filed on June 23, 2026, by Ed McDonald, McDonald Contracting, 26 Dudley St, Arlington, MA 02476, to open Docket #3909 in accordance with the provisions of the Town of Arlington Zoning Bylaw Section 5.9.3, Site Plan Review. The applicant proposes to demolish a two-family house and detached garage and construct two duplex dwellings at the property located at 12 Lockeland Ave, Arlington, MA, in the R2 Two-Family Residential District and the Neighborhood Multi-Family Housing Overlay District.

A Public Hearing will be held on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 7:30 pm, Arlington Community Center, Main Hall, 27 Maple Street, Arlington, MA.
