Notice is herewith given that an application has been filed on June 23, 2026, by Joshua Kline, Stonefield Engineering & Design, 120 Washington St, Salem, MA 01970, to open Special Permit Docket #3907 in accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A § 11, and the Town of Arlington Zoning Bylaw Sections 3.3, Special Permits, 3.4, Environmental Design Review, and 6.2, Signs. The applicant proposes to open a 4,426 square-foot Chase Bank and make modifications and repairs to the exterior and signage of the property located at 635 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington, MA, in the B5 Central Business District.

A Public Hearing will be held on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 7:30 pm, Arlington Community Center, Main Hall, 27 Maple Street, Arlington, MA.
