The Massachusetts Water Resource Authority (MWRA) Annual Water Quality Report was recently mailed to all Arlington households. The MWRA reports that Arlington drinking water meets every state and federal standard. The report provides information on treatment, monitoring, and corrosion control efforts to reduce lead from household plumbing, and actions you can take at home to protect water quality. The report also includes a notice from Arlington’s Public Works Director, regarding local test results, which fall below action levels, and updates on water related activities.
