Residents can create accounts and set alerts about their water usage.
Post Date:08/18/2026 5:05 PMThe Town of Arlington is pleased to launch the Water Usage Customer Portal for residents and businesses. Since 2022 the Town of Arlington has been replacing water meters and updating water meter reading technology. Maintenance of water meters is critical to ensure that each customer is billed fairly for the water and sewer service they use. With these upgrades residents will be able to monitor their water usage and set custom alerts using the new Water Usage Customer Portal.
"These upgrades are an important investment in our community, giving residents better tools to monitor their water use,” said Arlington Town Manager, Jim Feeney.” I want to thank our Department of Public Works and the Water Division staff for their dedication to this project.”
“From working with vendors on new technology to coordinating installations, I want to thank the Water Division for their extraordinary efforts performing over 9,000 meter and 12,300 meter-reading device installations to date,” said Arlington Director of Public Works, Michael Rademacher.
