The Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a NOTICE OF INTENT for paving of existing parking area with the addition of onsite stormwater recharge for roof runoff within Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, Riverfront Area to Mill Brook, Buffer Zone, and Adjacent Upland Resource Area at 53A Park Ave; 1337-1339, 1341-1347, and 1349-1357 Massachusetts Ave; and 0 Park Ave in Arlington. The meeting will be conducted remotely using Zoom on Thursday, September 17, 2026, beginning at 7:00 p.m. You can find the Zoom meeting information on the Conservation Commission's website: arlingtonma.gov/conservation.
