The Town of Arlington, MA, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, seeks qualification packages from Mass Save participating Home Performance Contractors capable of providing direct services related to the Mass Save Home Energy Assessment program.

RFQ is available from the Town's website ArlingtonMA.gov/puchasing. Qualification packages are due September 24, 2026, no later than 2:00 p.m., at the Office of the Town Manager/Purchasing Department, Town Hall Annex - 2nd Floor, 730 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington, MA 02476.

The Town Manager reserves the right to reject any or all applicants when it is in the best interests of the Town so to do.
