Through State funding supported by Senator Cindy Friedman and Representative Sean Garballey the Council on Aging and the Arlington Fire Department are collaborating on a Fire and Home Safety Program for our seniors! Free smoke or carbon monoxide detectors for those 60 years and older that have no working smoke or carbon monoxide detectors or detectors that are more than 10 years old. AFD personnel will carefully install the detectors for you.
