Arlington's Request/Answer Center is Now Mobile
In the Town’s continuing effort to improve customer service its Request/Answer Center is now available as a free mobile application. The app makes it even easier to submit a request, review request status, or browse the FAQ.
“We’re pleased to add this new functionality to the Request/Answer Center,” said Arlington Town Manager Adam Chapdelaine. “Now when residents see an issue with a municipal service, such as a pothole or damaged street tree, they can easily snap a picture with their phone and send it along to us.”
There are only 3 steps to get started:
1) Download the app
2) Say "YES" to location services
3) Login (or Create an Account)
If you have an existing Request/Answer Center account, the app will connect to it.
