One set of RFP Documents may be obtained by each Proposer from the Office of Architect during normal business hours (M-F: 9:00 AM -5:00 PM), on payment of money order, company or bank check for $50.00 per set, payable to Town of Arlington. Deposit will be refunded upon return of complete set of RFP Documents within 14 days after proposal submission deadline. RFP documents will also be made available electronically in PDF format though DRA Architects. Please contact Scot Woodin for document distribution at woodin@draws.com. Proposers requesting documents to be mailed, shall include a separate check, (company, certified, or money order) made out to Drummey Rosane Anderson, Inc. in the amount of $25.00 for shipping and handling.5% Bid Deposit required payable to Town of Arlington. All proposers are invited to attend Pre-Proposal site visit scheduled for 3:00 pm, December 15, 2015, at the Stratton Elementary School, 180 Mountain Ave. Arlington, MA 02474
