Summary of Quarterly Billing FY2026 Water/Sewer

As recommended to the Select Board, and approved by same on April 24, 2025, Water/Sewer rates will be increasing by an average of 4.47%. The new rates and fees will take effect for water/sewer use beginning June 1st and will be applied to the bill following June, July, August consumption. The old and new rates are as follows:

The July 2025 bill will be at the FY 2025 rates and the three subsequent quarterly bills will be at the new FY 2026 rates creating an annual average rate increase for FY26 of 3.5%.
