Summary of Quarterly Billing FY2027 Water/Sewer
As recommended to the Select Board, and approved by same on March 9, 2026, Water/Sewer rates will be increasing by an average of 4.48%. The new rates and fees will take effect for water/sewer use beginning March 1st and will be applied to the bill following March, April, May consumption. The old and new rates are as follows:
The July 2026 bill will be at the FY 2027 rates as will the three subsequent quarterly bills, creating an annual average rate increase for FY 2027 of 4.48%.
