Welcome to the Town of Arlington's new Agendas and Minutes portal page. The new portal officially launched on Monday, January 26, 2026. At that time all Board, Committee, and Commission agendas and minutes going forward will appear in the portal.

The Town plans to migrate all past agendas and minutes to the new portal by 2027. Read the full release about this big step to unify meeting documents and improving ADA compliance in advance of the DOJ final rule.

In the meantime, to find agendas and minutes prior to January 26, 2026 please visit the Boards and Committee page, locate the committee you seek and navigate to their Agendas and Minutes page.

To find agendas and minutes created after January 26, 2026 on the portal, click the “View All Boards And Committees” button below, and either enter the Committee name you are looking for or pull it from the drop down list.

Please note that committee agendas are posted to the website 48 business hours prior to the meeting in accordance with Open Meeting Law.
