Town Day takes place Saturday, September 19th, from 10:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. along Massachusetts Avenue between Pleasant Street and Jason Street. This event is rain or shine.

All applications have been reviewed and approvals/denials have been sent out. Booths are nonrefundable and all locations placements are final.

Getting to Town Day

Visitors are encouraged to walk to the event, if possible. There will be limited free parking at the Railroad and Russell Common municipal parking lots at the machine-operated spots. Free parking is available at the Russell Common and Railroad parking lots. Extra temporary HP parking will be made available at the Railroad lot off of Water Street. Regular street metered parking will be enforced. There will be bike racks located near the Arlington Visitor Center, Robbins Memorial Library lot, Town Hall Flagstaff, and around both ends of the event.

Road Closures & Traffic Impacts

Massachusetts Avenue between Pleasant Street (Route 60) and Jason/Mill Street – 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. as well as access to Mass. Ave. from adjoining side streets. MBTA has rerouted the 77 bus route, accordingly. Traffic delays are expected. Visitors are encouraged to walk to the event, if possible.
