Legislative Acts Affecting the Town

Changes to the Town Bylaws and Zoning Bylaws were passed by the 2025 Annual Town Meeting earlier this year.

The Town Bylaws amendments are all in effect. You can read an overview of the changes that have been approved and find links to the full text of the changes.

The Zoning Bylaw changes have been approved. You can read an overview of the zoning changes that are currently in effect.

Two Zoning Bylaw amendments were approved later and will go into effect on January 8, 2025. You can read an overview of those changes.
