The list of Town Meeting Members and the contact information they shared is updated after the Town Election every year to reflect new Members. Resignations, new appointments, phone numbers, and emails are updated regularly during the year so check the date at the top of the copy to see if you need a new version. The current list is date 5/1/26.

Request a copy of the Town Meeting Member Contact List and the system will automatically email it to you within a few moments. 

Residents who would like an Excel file of the Town Meeting Member contact information can request that from the Town Clerk. 

This interactive map will let you type in your address and see your polling location and the names of your Town Meeting Members.

The 2026 Town Warrant for the Town Election and Town Meeting is available now as a PDF. 

An online document commonly called the Annotated Warrant has been published.  Information will be added as it becomes available to make it easier for residents to learn about articles. There are some notes about the new features at the top of the annotated warrant page.  There is a video to demonstrate how to access the information. Reports have been published (see Reports section) and that information has been added to the Annotated Warrant. 

If you would like to learn more about the hearings on that led to the final reports, you can find links in these documents to meeting materials where the articles are discussed by one of the following three boards: Select Board (articles 6-37), Redevelopment Board (articles 38-58), and Finance Committee (articles 59-87).

The Fiscal Resources Task Group of Envision Arlington has collected links to important information about the Warrant Article Process, including the structure of Town Government and Town Meeting in one document. 

Note that articles 89-96 are non-binding resolutions and no hearings are currently scheduled to review the resolution articles.
