The list of Town Meeting Members and the contact information they shared can be found below. Resignations, new appointments, phone numbers, and emails are updated regularly so check the date at the top of the copy to see if you need a new version.

A new list for 2026 will be published after the Town Election on March 28 so residents can contact the Town Meeting Members who will serve in the 2026 Annual Town Meeting.

2025 Town Meeting Contact List (current as of 1/9/26) lists Town Meeting Members by precinct and provides contact information. 

Residents who would like an Excel file of the Town Meeting Member contact information can request that from the Town Clerk. 

If you are a Town Meeting Member and would like to update the information on the Contact List, please email the Town Clerk.

You can look up your precinct, polling place and find maps of the precincts from the Elections & Voting pages.

The warrant will be be published in February.

Reports will be published here as they are available.  They may not be available until two weeks before Town Meeting begins.

The Moderator has created a set of guidelines to assist Town Meeting Members and the public by explaining how to submit documents and what the deadlines are. The goal of the guidelines is to ensure that the meeting has time to review information prior to debating an article.
